Communication class typically covers a wide range of topics related to corporate communication strategies, techniques, and best practices, effective communication in group settings and positive communication to build employee morale.
Nurturing Neurodiversity
Neurodiversity refers to the different ways the brain can work and interpret information. It is estimated that 1 in 7 people (more than 15% of people in the UK) are neurodivergent, meaning that the brain functions, learns and processes information differently.
As awareness of neurodiversity grows, workplaces are being urged to consider how they can accommodate and make space for neurodivergent individuals to thrive. Most forms of Neurodivergence are defined on a spectrum and include Attention Deficit Disorders, Autism, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. Rather than a hindrance or a disability, these can be considered ‘superpowers’ that give individuals and organisations a competitive edge – if nurtured in the correct way.
What to expect

Managing Anxiety
Our anxiety workshop is designed to help employees understand, manage, and reduce feelings of anxiety in the workplace.
Anxiety is a natural response to stress or perceived threats, but when persistent, it can negatively impact both personal and professional life. In the UK, 37.1% of women and 29.9% of men report high levels of anxiety, with 6 in 100 people diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder each week(Source). This highlights the growing need for workplace support through an effective anxiety workshop.
While occasional anxiety is normal, chronic anxiety can lead to overwhelming panic, nervousness, and difficulty concentrating at work. That’s why our anxiety workshop provides employees with practical strategies to regain control and improve mental wellbeing.

Financial Wellness
Why is Financial Wellbeing important?
Financial wellbeing refers to the confidence and peace of mind individuals feel when they have control over their financial future. However, many employees face financial challenges that lead to stress and anxiety. Recent studies reveal that financial pressure is the top external stressor, affecting 41% of employees, an increase from 37% last year . This stress can result in decreased productivity, increased absenteeism, and higher turnover rates.style.
Our workshops are designed to equip employees with the knowledge and tools they need to manage their finances effectively. Our workshops cover a range of topics, including:
Budgeting and Money Management: Empowering employees to create and maintain budgets that align with their financial goals.
Understanding Credit and Debt: Providing insights into managing credit scores and developing strategies to reduce and manage debt.
Navigating Financial Uncertainty: Offering strategies to manage finances during economic downturns or personal financial crises.
Wellness and Leadership
To create a company culture where teams thrive and wellbeing is championed, it’s imperative that wellbeing and leadership go hand-in-hand. When 53% of leaders feel some degree of burnout and 60% of people leave their jobs as a result of ineffective management, looking after your own wellbeing and that of your team is a business priority. If we fail to educate leaders on effective wellbeing strategies, how can we expect employees and businesses to thrive?
Women and wellness in the workplace
Be it menopause, maternity leave or imposter syndrome, there are multiple factors at play when we consider women’s wellbeing at work. At 71%, the female employment rate is the highest it’s ever been, with women in the workplace spanning multiple generations, working later in their lives than ever before. The number of working mothers in the UK has also surged in recent years, leading to an influx of women juggling families (or trying to start a family) and careers.
Sadly the gender pay gap tends to penalise rather than celebrate this feat, with reports finding women get a 4% pay cut for each child they have, compared to men who get a 6% pay increase on average. Amongst calls for mandatory ‘menstrual leave’ companies need to acknowledge and embrace the vital part women play in the workplace. See our women’s wellbeing at work workshops below to get you started.
Men and wellness in the workplace
With suicide the biggest killer of men under 45 and heart disease the leading cause of death in men, it’s essential organisations put preventive measures in place to protect the health and wellbeing of their male employees. 79% of men in the UK are currently in employment, yet men are considerably at greater risk of some health issues than women. What’s more – nearly 90% of men don’t seek help unless they have a serious problem.
Delivered by experts in their fields, our men’s wellbeing workshops explore men’s nutrition, mental health and suicide.
Yoga
Yoga practices and mindfulness techniques aim to enhance the physical and mental health well-being of employees while addressing common workplace issues such as stress, tension and sedentary behaviour.
